STRATEGIC LINES
The Agrupació works in five strategic central themes:
Management: Giving companies management tools as well as promoting the implementation of innovative strategies and improvement of the technological level.
Training: Workforce training and management education.
To ensure the access of the employees to training and to find new sources of qualified staff, by means of continued training in the technological, productive and
management/commercial field, addressed to employees, to acquire the necessary abilities to face the new professional requirements with success.
Research and networking: To promote cooperation among companies and other organizations.
Creation of networks within the AEI, which allow the generation of research projects.
Commercial cooperation / internationalization: To promote exchange of products, services and ideas with the global market.
Organization and taking part in commercial delegations and exportation groups; joint participation in national and international trade fairs, carrying out market studies for potential exportation markets, amongst others.
Promotion: To promote the region, enhancing its “brand image” and attracting new organizations to the AEI.
Marketing tasks to promote the AEI and its members. Lobbying and creating dialogue among industry, the scientific community and the government authorities.
